Grows best in the cooler months. This Spinach variety germinates well between 10 - 24 degrees celcius and grows best early spring or late autumn. Start indoors 3-4 weeks before the last frost. 
Grow in full sun during cooler parts of the year. Some shade is fine during warmer months. If the weather is particularly hot, you can use shade cloth or row cover to protect the crop. Spinach requires good, consistent soil moisture.
Only harvest the baby leaves that you wish to use and leave the plant to continue growing produce more baby leaves.
