Brassica Juncea
A striking red-purple large leafy vegetable. A member of the Mustard Greens family, these plants are some of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet. 
The flavour intensity gets stronger the longer the leaves grow, for a mild flavour the leaves should be picked at 15cms, at full maturity the flavour is similar to horseradish. 
A fast grower that will grow in most soil but prefers a well drained soil with a P.H. Of no less than 6.0. 
Rich in Vitamin A, C, and K.
