This variety of Chilli resembles a carrot in appearance. It can grow up to 10 cm in length and is tapered and orange in colour adding to it's carrot like appearance. This variety has a medium heat and is often described as sweet with fruity flavour. This variety originates from Bulgaria as it's name would indicate. It is an excellent chilli to use in Salsa or to make chutney with.
